With 20 years industry experience Jon Murphy has been an integral element in the development of Murphy Fresh and Tatura Fresh.
His dedication, drive and hard work are the foundation to the success and expansion of both companies.
Jon leads the way with his enthusiasm, passion and knowledge which is admired by all.

Russell Murphy’s sheer drive and entrepreneurial outlook are behind the development and success of the Murphy Fresh story.
Along with his wife Jill, he is the founder and pioneer of Murphy Fresh and Tatura Fresh. He has savoured working alongside his son Jon Murphy sharing his experience and knowledge.
With a vast array of experiences Russell meticulously oversees the group financials and is successing his knowledge and experience to the next generation.

Sarah Clelland

Originally from an international teaching background. Sarah manages the Human Resources at Murphy Fresh and Tatura Fresh. She is eager to build her knowledge and experience.
Sarah relishes in the day to day activity and challenges of the HR Department and enjoys working with such a diverse group of people.

Sarah Olver

Sarah grew up in Mansfield and moved to Melbourne to complete a Bachelor of Science in Medical Radiation. She pursued a career as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. She joined the Murphy Fresh family in 2009 as a pick and packer. She has learned many jobs over the farm and today is the Administration Manager handling all sales, expenses across both companies. Sarah enjoys the challenges and working with a great team of people.

Amanda Stoker

After relocating to the high country for a tree change 9 years ago, Amanda started working at Murphy Fresh as a packer. Today Amanda is the Farm Manager at Murphy Fresh overseeing all farm operations. She thrives on both the challenges and rewards, loves working with her team to produce an outstanding product for the Australian market.

Joel Cabena

Originally from the Melbourne suburbs Joel relocated to Mansfield attracted to it’s beauty and people.
He started at Murphy Fresh as a picker and has successfully worked his way to Grower Manager which entails managing the growing and crop care at Murphy Fresh.
Joel find his position both rewarding and challenging and comments: ‘there aren’t many days that I don’t learn something new – which is great!’

Luke Baklis

From humble beginnings, Luke had a lackadaisical approach to life, working in hospitality and travelling around Europe and Australia for fifteen years.
He has settled on the outskirts of Mansfield with his beautiful wife and two young boys,
And brings an exuberance and professionalism with him to the role of produce manager.

Craig Lloyd

Starting out in a mechanical background Craig has acquired a range of experience from running a family owned and operated packaging and foam moulding production business where he gained extensive knowledge overseeing the management of staff and maintenance of machinery. Craig sought a ‘tree change’ and relocated to Mansfield and became a member of the Murphy Fresh team. Craig enjoys the day to day challenges of overseeing the maintenance department at Murphy Fresh hydroponics.

Janelle Vidler

Janelle grew up on her family farm in the Philippines which she believes has lead her to this industry. Beginning at Tatura Fresh as a supervisor. Today Janelle is the Farm Manager of a 9.5 hectare farm overseeing all departments and farm operations. Janelle likes that she is constantly learning, working with her team to achieve the best results and loves working outdoors in a fast paced industry.

Amy Rees

Growing up locally Amy completed a Bachelor of Bioscience majoring in Botany and Zoology. She returned to Tatura and started at Tatura Fresh as a crop supervisor. Determine to develop her knowledge Amy completed a 6 month training and development at our Murphy Fresh farm. Today Amy is the Grower Manager and oversees the growing and staffing of a 4 hectare glasshouse. She loves that she is is always learning and working with plants everyday utilising her knowledge of plant science.

EJ Liao

Growing up in Taiwan, Ej joined the Tatura Fresh family in 2008 as a Grower Manager. He came with a wealth of knowledge and experience due to managing a hydroponic farm previous to his post at Tatura Fresh. EJ enjoys the daily challenges and rewards that his position offers and is humbled to see the best truss tomato come from Tatura Fresh nationally.

Alex Bertram

Growing up on a dairy farm in Tatura, agriculture has always been close to Alex’s heart. After completing a Bachelor of Business, Alex backpacked around Europe before settling back in the Goulburn Valley. Alex oversees the Produce department and enjoys the organisation and challenges of managing a diverse group of people.

Glenn McNicol

Originally from New Zealand, Glenn has 16 years’ experience growing hydroponic vegetables both in New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Moving to the area for a tree change 6 years ago, Glenn loves the area and his role as Maintenance Manager at Tatura Fresh.
